How the flat looks / comfort level

Our flat is recently remodeled and looks really nice. It is quiet,
beautiful and comfortable for living place. My American friend
calls it "fancy".

The room is divided in 2 parts by the partition:
There is a single bed in the part close to the window (usually is used as bedroom).
And a temporary metal folding bed in the other part (usually used as a small sitting room).
There is a folding table and wardrobe.
