Why is my fee high?

The reasons are:
 –  Other agents usually quote only invitation service. Thus they show a better price. Once you arrive to Russia you need to pay again for the registration, so the final price is different. I prefer to give the final price up front.
 –  As far as I know I am the only person who bother to meet personally with customers to pick up their papers and then to return them registered. Thus I save you from 2 visits to the office located in not-easy-to-find-place. St. Petersburg is a large city. If you make a registration yourself it will take you 2 times x 2 hours. Then, having used your time in the morning for going to office you will manage to visit one sight - let us say Hermitage. But then it will be too late for the other one (you need to enter most of places at latest at 3 p.m.). I save your time enabling you to see more spending my own hours to process your papers.

Visa

If you plan to go to Russia visa is the first thing you should take care of. I both issue the invitation and register your visa once you arrive. Unlike the other agents I do deliver and handle you personally the registration paper. It saves you from 2 visits (it CAN NOT be done within 1 visit) to the office somewhere in St. Petersburg in order to obtain it yourself.
Caution: You DO NOT need to buy a package tour or to reserve a place in a hotel to enter Russia.
Usually after getting an invitation it takes 2 weeks to process a visa at Russian Consulate. You may process it also quicker but the rate will increase immensely. Before that you should get via mail an original of your invitation or a fax/scanned copy of it. That is why the receipt of Russian visa may take in total from 4 days to 1,5 months. In case you order the invitation via me you will get your visa in about 14 working days.
N.B.: You can process your visa far in advance of your trip and that is what I advise you to do. Nobody knows what Russian bureaucracy invents tomorrow. But when you have your visa no one can cancel it.
An invitation without registration costs only €25 per person.
At €59 per person I offer you the invitation processing with its subsequent registration plus the ready papers delivery to you. I sincerely advise you to order the invitation together with the registration because it saves your time and nerves but do not insist at all.
Important: If you plan to visit other cities after St. Petersburg you do not need to register there afterwards. The law requires the registration as a kind of "check-in" the country, that is all.
I offer a registration ONLY in St. Petersburg and can not help in the other cities. The only exclusion is when you come to Moscow (or other Russian city) and then arrive to St. Petersburg next day or the day after - then I still have opportunity to register you because the law gives 3 days for that.
The tourist visa allows you to stay in the Russian Federation for up to 30 days.
You should provide me with the following info:

 – Passport number
 – First name (as it is written in your passport!)
 – Last name (as it is written in your passport!)
 – Date of birth
N.B.: Please name the month with a word! "03/04/1953" might be equally understood as the 3rd of April and the 4th of March. You will be refused in visa if your birthday date in the invitation is wrong.
 – Place of birth
 – Sex
 – Citizenship

 – Arrival date (at least rough)
 – Length of stay (maximum upon your opinion)
N.B.: I do advise you to add several days before and after actual dates of your stay. Imagine that something will change in your plans last minute. There is NO CHANCE to change the issued invitation and/or visa - you will have to restart this complicated and expansive process from the beginning.

 – Your fax number where your invitation should be sent
N.B.: Please check that your fax machine works and has enough powder for clear printing.
If you have no fax, then the invitation will be sent to you via mail at extra charge €10 to the address you mention. It takes about 7-10 days for the courier post to deliver your letter.
Unfortunately Russian consulates do not accept the invitations sent via e-mail.

If you order invitation via me

Step 1
You provide me with your details and details of the prepayment wire (contact me to learn how to do it). I will check if everything is clear. If anything seems to me incorrect or somehow dubious I will not start processing the papers before checking it by you.
Step 2
Since everything is clear for me I process you the invitation within 2 working days.
Step 3
With this invitation you apply to the Russian Embassy and obtain Russian visa within usual term (it depends on the Consulate but usually it is 2 weeks). For all data about the Russian Consulates, including location, addresses, telephones and e-mails please visit
At the Russian Embassy you should represent:
 –  Your passport (Attn! Must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay),
 –  3 matted finish passport-size photos,
 –  Invitation you have got from me,
 –  Consular fee,
 –  A proof of medical insurance,
 –  Filled application form.
When you ask for your visa, Embassy employees will inform you about the visa actual cost and date you can obtain it.
If you have no opportunity to go to the Russian Consulate/Embassy yourself, you can send there your visa documents by mail. You will get your visa by mail from the Consulate when it is ready.
You get at Embassy your visa. Take care of it - it is your official permission for entry as well as for departure from country.
When you arrive to St. Petersburg I am to register your visa in 72 hours. No carelessness on this point - if you miss it you get troubles. So before your arrival we need to make 2 appointments. First one when I can get from you the papers necessary for your registration:
 –  Xerocopy of your visa,
 –  Your migration card (you get it free of charge when you pass Russian border).
And second one to return your migration card properly registered. That is your ticket to leave from Russia without stress.
