My discount policy generally bases on 2 principles:

If you are a student / pensioner / peace corps member or just plan
a trip-on-budget you can expect me to charge you the minimum I can
afford. From my side I kindly ask you to let me know from the
beginning what is your budget / needs. From the experience it
proved to be the shortest way to the cheapest price.
