My personal estimation

Nice place with everything necessary in. Thanks to the apartments shape
the bedrooms are located far away from each other so if someone in your
company snores loudly you will not hear that sleeping in the other
bedroom. As the owners grant you the mobile phone you can use it also
when you walk in the city. Jacuzzi bath is not bad after a day of walking.
Besides it is a very quiet apartment.

This district is rich for cafes and restaurants. It is very close
to Nevsky - still less pricey district.

A drop of criticism
|
The building entrance does not look attractive. The staircase is clean
and lighted but was not renovated since 60ies at least.
The gas stove is old.
