My personal estimation

Decent apartment with the great location. If you plan to spend most
of your time sightseeing and need a place mostly for sleeping - it is
your place. Bedrooms are nice, all beds have the good mattresses.
The third room is organized as a combination of bedroom / sitting
room. The sitting section is rather compact but it will easily
accommodate all 6 of you for plans/impressions discussion.

A drop of criticism
|
Forth floor without lift - wow, it is not a piece of cake! A place for
the trained people. :-)
Kitchen is less nice than the bedrooms due to the old gas stove and
not new furniture but if you use it only for a cup of tea/coffee in
the morning it is quite Ok.
