My personal estimation

This place looks better in reality than on the pictures. The owner
cleans the place with such passion that you can feel it from the
first moment you enter. Everything is simple but of good quality.
Owner obviously pays attention to the small details - new tea cups,
new linen...
Thanks to the high ceilings it is a spacy place. Large corridor can
easily accommodate any quantity of big suitcases.
Great place if you are not picky.
Owner lives at 15 min walk distance and is always on the call.
